With maintenance surveillance, the building’s public utility systems are also under surveillance! The standard security service and regular maintenance are complemented by a 24-hour monitoring of public utility systems along with the operative reaction and breakdown service. Maintenance surveillance is the best solution for office buildings, stores, warehouses, plants and other enterprises requiring diverse maintenance and security services.
The walls and public utility rooms of a building hide complex systems and appliances that can cause major damage in a short period of time when they break down. Thanks to maintenance surveillance it is now possible – for the first time in Estonia – to monitor the status of the building’s public utility system 24 hours a day.
Alarms from the public utility systems will be sent to the security company’s control center.
Maintenance surveillance enables the enterprise to plug time-critical public utility systems (fire safety, sprinkler and ventilation systems, boilers, refridgerators etc) into a central console that receives a signal in case of a fault or alarm. The patrol squad will arrive, record the situation and localize the fault, if possible. Quick reaction by a patrol car in case of faults or alarms will prevent major damage.
After this the maintenance team will set about removing the fault. In case of a more specific problem for which the squad lacks the necessary competence, the team will engage technical specialists and maintenance engineers to remove the fault. Thanks to the diversity of maintenance surveillance, everything will be all right in the best and fastest way possible.
All alarms received from the object will be directed into a joint information system that will enable the persons providing service quality supervision to monitor the progress and speed of problem-solving and to offer a record for the required time periods in case of the client’s respective desire.
