Congress systems are essential for meetings, where votings are carried out. Systems are used by parliaments, international organisations, municipalities, conference centres of bigger hotels.
Simple equation is:
Congress system = Conference system + additional features
Those features are:
Voting possibility - every participant can vote from his/her own seat.
Identification of participants - authorizing voting right and other user rights, authorizing with ID card or other technology directly from each working place before voting.
Text messages to participants - there is built-in LCD screen in each microphone base. This enables to send text messages e.g. fast opinion voting instructions etc.
Addressing microphones - address will be ascribed to each microphone based on which e.g. dome cameras can be directed (when microphone is switched on dome camera will automatically turn to direction of that microphone). Addresses can also be used to determine the sequence of speaches.
Speach sequence and voting results can be displayed on screen with projector.
